I have been practicing as a lawyer since 2015. I specialize in Criminal, family and economic crime cases.
On a number of occasions, I have provided legal assistance to individuals accused of participating in organized crime groups, including the following drug crimes and crimes vat crimes. I have represented defendants accused of rape, robbery, abuse, theft, traffic accident and many other serious crimes. I have also provided legal assistance to harmed - including business entities - at all stages of criminal proceedings.
He has extensive experience in the area of securing the wide-ranging interests of companies and individuals in the aforementioned proceedings with a particular focus on property interests, such as blocking bank accounts, searching for and securing assets that could be used to compensate for the damage caused.
I gained my professional experience in leading Warsaw law firms. Before starting my own practice, I also worked. I also gained experience in public administration bodies, including Courts and Prosecutor's Offices.
I specialize in handling criminal cases in both criminal matters (drug crimes, traffic accidents) and economic and tax crimes (white collar crimes). I represent both individual clients and large business entities, including banks and listed companies. I have extensive experience in handling criminal cases from pre-trial proceedings (including custody hearings) to representation before the Supreme Court, as well as in executive proceedings (consent to serve a sentence in SDE, so-called "Bracelet", deferment of sentence, suspension of sentence, interruption of sentence, conditional early release) and pardon proceedings. I boast considerable practice in preparing internal criminal law opinions for the boards of directors of legal entities.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, while I served my legal training in Warsaw. I participated in the activities of many scientific circles. This allowed me to broaden my interests related to particular branches of law. I am an active participant in trainings, lectures and workshops to keep up to date with dynamic legal changes.
He was also a member of the European Law Students Association (ELSA). Several times, I have competed successfully by taking part in competitions on legal topics.
I belong to the Bar Association in Warsaw.
